Job Title: IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Job Summary

IT Field Sales / Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate new business through

    field visits, meetings, cold calling, and networking

    .
  • Identify potential customers and schedule

    face-to-face meetings

    for sales discussions.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable

    IT products and service solutions

    .
  • Present offerings, deliver demos, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from

    prospecting to closure

    .
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project onboarding.
  • Prepare and follow up on

    sales proposals, quotations, and agreements

    .
  • Achieve

    monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

    .
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand competition, trends, and customer needs.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in

    IT product and/or IT services sales

    .
  • Strong experience in

    field sales, onsite client meetings, and revenue generation

    .
  • Exposure to

    B2B and/or B2C sales environments

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions such as

    software, cloud, SaaS, digital services, or IT support services

    .
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with

    outdoor/field sales roles

    .
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
