Job Description

We are hiring for the role of IT Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT roles, including developers, engineers, and data professionals.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical and soft skills.
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and placement.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build a network of potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing methods.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
Proven expertise in recruiting for IT roles like developers, engineers, and data professionals.
Strong knowledge of technical skillsets and IT industry trends.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field is a plus.
