We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals to meet the organizations technical staffing needs.
Understand job requirements for various IT positions and create detailed job descriptions. Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and technical fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (for fresher roles, internships or 6-month experience preferred). Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology (e.g.,Oracle , Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both permanent and contract hiring. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Prior experience in an IT staffing or consulting firm. Key Attributes: Goal-oriented and target-driven. Strong decision-making and analytical skills. Professional, ethical, and team-focused attitude.
