Job Description

Role overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1-1.5 years of experience in end to end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT roles. This role requires strong sourcing skills, understanding the IT technologies, and the ability to deliver within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions (C2H-Contract to Hire).
Understand client requirements and technical skill needs in detail before initiating sourcing.
Source suitable candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.
Conduct initial screening and shortlisting based on technical skills, experience and communication skills.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
Negotiate compensation, notice period to ensure smooth on boarding of candidates.
Update and manage recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate records accurately.
Ensure a positive candidate experience along with timely closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
1-1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills using job boards.
Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Eager to learn and grow.
