About the Role

We are looking for dynamic IT Recruiters to join our Domestic Staffing team in Gurugram. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for niche and super-niche IT positions across Cloud, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Emerging Technologies. You will work on both Subcontracting and Full-Time (FTE) hiring models, partnering closely with leading Global System Integrators (GSIs) and top enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordination, and closures across diverse IT skill sets.
  
• Handle Subcontracting and FTE hiring models with efficiency.
  
• Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and internal databases.
  
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and upcoming mandates.
  
• Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements within SLA timelines.
  
• Drive timely closures and achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reports in ATS and internal systems.
  
• (For Senior Roles): Mentor junior recruiters, monitor their performance, and ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
  

Required Skills & Experience IT Recruiter & Senior IT Recruiter

• Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
  
• Strong ability to source and close roles in Cloud, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Product Engineering.
  
• Excellent headhunting, sourcing, and candidate engagement skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSIs) or large enterprise accounts.
  
• Understanding of IT market trends, emerging technologies, and talent mapping.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
