Technical Recruiter (IT Recruitment)

Working Days -

We are looking for People -

Minimum 3 months
experience in IT Recruitment.
Good understanding of Tech Stacks, Indian IT Market.
Hands-on experience in
Job Portal and LinkedIn.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and analyze the ROI.
Out of the box/Creative thinking.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Excellent communication skills and good in business emails.

Your Role

Responsible for handling the end to end process of IT recruitment with multiple clients
Sourcing potential candidates using both conventional, innovative ways and technology platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn along with Github, Stack Overflow etc.
Work closely with client recruiter to understand open roles and implement the most effective sourcing strategies to identify the best talents for them.
Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates at all levels
Maintaining candidate trackers, weekly delivery reports, and strongly adhering to the recruitment process.
