What You’ll Do

. Access & Identity Management

• Set up and maintain user provisioning and deprovisioning automation.
• Ensure all access (email, internal systems) is revoked immediately upon termination.
• Integrate HR systems with identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD).
• Implement and monitor MFA and secure session policies.
• Device & Asset Management
• Maintain an updated inventory of all laptops and IT assets.
• Use MDM tools (e.g., Intune, Kandji, Jamf) for device setup, patching, and compliance.
• Support remote wipe and device locking procedures.
• Security & Compliance
• Conduct periodic user access audits and device compliance checks.
• Monitor endpoint security and assist with vulnerability management.
• Enforce password, backup, and security standards.
• IT Infrastructure & Support
• Manage IT helpdesk workflows and resolve user issues within defined SLAs.
• Support new hire onboarding and exit processes.
• Coordinate hardware/software requests and maintain vendor relationships.
• Document processes and suggest automation or improvement opportunities.
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations or System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MDM, and identity management tools (Okta, Azure AD, Intune, etc.).
• Familiarity with scripting or workflow automation tools is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
