Role Overview: You will have full end-to-end accountability for network automation services operation, leading and managing network crisis cells during major operational and service problems. Your responsibilities will include driving the operational roadmap, continuously optimizing service performance, managing mockup service (assets, physical access), and overseeing the Automation Operations Center (Connectbase and Bundle).
