Job Description

Job Title: Sr Manager

Job Summary:

IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the IT department, including support, infrastructure, and network teams.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations including server management, network performance, desktop support, and application availability.
Ensure seamless IT support for floor operations through proactive issue resolution and escalation management.
Design, implement, and maintain a secure and reliable IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, etc.).
Oversee the installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware, software, and network systems.
Monitor and enforce network security protocols, data protection measures, and backup/recovery processes.
Lead IT initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, security enhancements, and digital transformation projects.
Manage vendor relationships, licensing, procurement, and IT budget planning.
Develop, document, and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.
Provide end-user training and support to improve productivity and technology adoption.
Stay abreast of technology trends to recommend and implement relevant innovations.
Liaise with telecom, internet, and cloud service providers to ensure stable and scalable connectivity.
Maintain compliance with client-specific and industry-wide data privacy and security regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
13+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in
server infrastructure

enterprise networking
,
IT support operations
, and
infrastructure planning
.
Strong technical background in systems such as
Windows/Linux servers, networking equipment (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Microsoft 365, and ERP systems
.
Hands-on experience with IT security, compliance, and business continuity planning.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
