Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically sound and strategic IT Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of IT infrastructure and support across our real estate and construction operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing systems, networks, software, security, and aligning IT strategy with the company’s business goals. Prior experience in project-based environments like real estate, construction, or infrastructure firms is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of networks, servers, and storage across multiple sites (head office, project sites, etc.).
• ERP & Software Support:

Manage real estate & construction-specific ERP platforms (like BuildSmart, SAP, or Tally), AutoCAD software licenses, and project management tools.

• Hardware & Asset Management:

Ensure the availability and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, biometric systems, CCTV, routers, and other hardware assets.Provide IT support to remote project locations, including system setup, connectivity, VPNs, and mobile-based tools for site engineers.Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, regular data backup schedules, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.Manage AMC contracts, software license renewals, vendor evaluations, and procurement processes.Plan and execute IT-related infrastructure during new site launches or office relocations.Lead the internal IT helpdesk team to ensure smooth day-to-day support to all employees.Prepare IT budgets, procurement plans, and upgrade roadmaps in alignment with operational and project needs.Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of network management (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN)
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud services (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace)
• Familiarity with construction/project management software
• Excellent troubleshooting and user support skills
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to manage IT operations across multiple project sites
• Leadership and team management capabilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience, preferably in real estate/construction or infrastructure domain
• Relevant certifications like CCNA, MCSA, ITIL, or PMP will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
