Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned IT Manager – Infrastructure & Network to lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. The role requires technical expertise in networks, servers, and cybersecurity, along with strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and network infrastructure.

· Oversee physical and virtual server environments.

· Ensure IT security through firewalls, VPNs, and threat detection systems.

· Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

· Handle vendor relationships, procurement, and service contracts.

· Manage IT budgets and optimize resource utilization.

· Lead and mentor IT team members.

· Ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices.

· Execute infrastructure upgrades and system implementation projects.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

· 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking.

· Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and server technologies.

· Experience in IT security and risk management.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

· CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)

· Microsoft Certified: Server/Azure Administrator

· CompTIA Network+

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
