We are hiring for "IT Manager"

Job Description :

• Experience: 6+ Years
• Qualification: B.tech
• Salary: up to 10 Lakhs
• Location: Masab Tank
• 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities:

A. IT Infrastructure & System Administration

• Manage servers, firewalls, NAS storage (cloud/local), routers, switches, and network configurations.
• Oversee system security, centralized antivirus, data backup solutions, and vulnerability control.
• Monitor uptime, bandwidth usage, and internet availability across campuses.

B. IT Operations Oversight

• Manage corporate office IT operations and coordinate with campus IT teams.
• Oversee computer hardware maintenance, digital panels, projectors, and AV systems.
• Ensure smooth functioning of online events, webinars, workshops, and digital platforms.

C. Ticketing System & Issue Resolution

• Supervise IT helpdesk/ticketing system for timely resolution of IT issues at the corporate office and campuses.
• Establish SLAs and ensure compliance for tech support requests.
• Provide escalation-level support for complex IT issues.
• Preventive Maintenance of IT Assets

D. IT Asset Management & Procurement

• Manage inventory of laptops, desktops, printers, projectors, networking devices, biometric systems, and CCTV equipment.
• Lead IT procurement activities — vendor evaluation and AMC management.
• Maintain asset registers, tagging, warranty tracking, and disposal processes.

E. Security, Surveillance & Access Systems

• Oversee CCTV surveillance systems across all campuses.
• Manage biometric attendance systems, including staff and student enrolment.
• Implement cybersecurity protocols, monitoring, and preventive actions.

F. Lab Setup

• Supervise installation and maintenance of computer labs across schools/colleges.
• Plan upgrades for labs, digital boards, and teaching-learning systems.
• Assist the Digital Enablement Department in tech-based academic initiatives.

G. Team Leadership & Documentation

• Supervise corporate office IT team and coordinate with campus IT technicians.
• Define IT SOPs, policies, checklists, standards, and security protocols.
• Prepare IT dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
