IT Coordinator

🏢 Role Overview The IT – Project Coordinator will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Peppy Books ERP systems within the Franchisee Locations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, financial software proficiency, and leadership skills to ensure smooth operations across accounting, inventory, and compliance functions. 📌 Key Responsibilities Peppy Books ERP Management Install, configure, and maintain Peppy Books ERP software across departments Customize Peppy Books modules to meet business-specific needs (e.g., GST, payroll, inventory) Ensure data integrity, backups, and version control within Peppy Books IT Infrastructure Oversight Manage servers, networks, and hardware supporting Peppy Books and other business applications Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively Data Security & Compliance Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect financial data Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) through Peppy Books Team & Project Leadership Lead IT support staff and coordinate with finance teams for Peppy Books-related projects Train users on Peppy Books features and best practices Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with Peppy Books solution providers for upgrades and technical support Collaborate with auditors and external consultants for system audits Coordinate with Royaloak Purchase team for product master updates Coordinate with D365 team to get Integration of Product, price, photos, Account statements, Billing etc. Required Skills Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and inventory management Experience in IT systems administration, networking, and data security Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Commerce Certifications in Peppy Books and IT infrastructure (preferred) 5+ years of experience in IT management with hands-on Peppy Books expertise
