Job Description: IT Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Coordinator with a strong focus on networking to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of network systems, and providing technical support to end-users. This role requires a hands-on professional with expertise in networking, troubleshooting, and IT coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Networking and Infrastructure Management:

· Plan, implement, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless systems.

· Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation by performing regular maintenance and upgrades.

· Configure and manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other networking hardware.

· Ensure network security through regular updates, patch management, and adherence to security protocols.

2.IT Coordination and Support:

· Act as the primary point of contact between IT vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.

· Coordinate IT-related projects, including system upgrades, network expansions, and infrastructure deployments.

· Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.

· Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

3.Documentation and Compliance:

· Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and compliance purposes.

· Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and industry regulations.

· Assist in developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans for network systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Fresher or Maximum of 2 years of experience in networking, IT support, or IT coordination roles.

Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent networking certifications.

Technical Skills:

· Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

· Proficiency in configuring and managing networking hardware such as Cisco, Juniper, or similar.

· Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, including firewalls.

Soft Skills:

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
