Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Administrator to manage all office hardware, software, and user access systems.This role is responsible for ensuring that every employee's workstation, the office network, and conference room setups function smoothly on a daily basis.The person will act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and play a key role in keeping the company's systems secure and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Device & Hardware Management :
- Set up new laptops, monitors, and accessories for new hires.
- Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory (laptops, peripherals, and licenses).
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues (laptops, printers, projectors, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors for repair, replacement, or procurement of equipment.
Software Installation & Maintenance
- Install, configure, and update software as per company standards (antivirus, productivity tools, etc.
- Manage and monitor antivirus, system updates, and patching.
- Support employees with software troubleshooting (VPN, email clients, etc.
- Assist with maintaining compliance to security and software usage policies.
Office Network & Connectivity
- Ensure smooth functioning of office LAN/Wi-Fi networks.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (wired/wireless).
- Coordinate with ISPs for uptime and service quality.
Conference Room & Meeting Setup
- Set up and test conferencing systems (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.
- Troubleshoot AV equipment and ensure smooth meeting experiences.
- Maintain projectors, displays, cameras, and microphones in ready-to-use condition.
User & Access Management
- Handle IT onboarding/offboarding - laptop provisioning, email/account setup, and permissions.
- Manage user accounts and access levels.
- Enforce company policies on passwords, MFA, and data access.
- Regularly review and clean up inactive accounts.
IT Support & Documentation
- Provide day-to-day support for IT issues raised via ticketing/email/chat.
- Maintain FAQs, setup guides, and asset assignment records.
- Train employees on IT best practices (password safety, data backup, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills :
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN).
- Experience installing and managing antivirus and endpoint protection tools.
- Familiarity with MDM solutions (e.
, Intune, Kandji, Jamf, or similar).
Soft Skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Service-oriented and responsive to employee IT needs.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on reliability and follow-through.
Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on IT administration or technical support experience.
- Experience supporting 150-300 employee environments.
- Certifications like Google Workspace Administrator are a plus.

- Timely resolution of IT support tickets.
