• Inbound Call & Query Management: Handle investor inquiries across phone, email, and chat with professionalism, clarity, and trust-building communication.

• Conversions & Relationship Building: Persuade, convert, and onboard potential investors by effectively explaining scheme benefits, features, and advantages.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small customer-facing team to ensure prompt, professional, and impactful responses.

• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KRAs (Key Result Areas) to achieve business targets.

• Compliance & Process Management: Ensure all communications align with regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate CRM records.

• Training & Coaching: Equip the team with best practices in communication, objection handling, and conversion strategies.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in customer success, inside sales, investment schemes, financial services, or call-center management.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of lead conversion.

• Analytical mindset with experience in KPI/KRA tracking and reporting.

• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage teams.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/Finance specialization preferred, but not mandatory).
