Raho focuses on offering immersive and affordable travel experiences tailored to millennials. The Bengaluru-based startup has successfully raised Seed funding to begin revolutionizing the Indian travel and hospitality sector.

Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

- Conduct daily inventory checks at all homestay/resort properties. 

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. 

- Ensure timely replenishment of essential supplies while minimizing excess stock. 

- Verify the quality and quantity of received materials before accepting deliveries. 

- Maintain an organized inventory storage system across homestay/resort properties. 

Procurement & Purchasing:

- Identify material requirements and place purchase orders as needed. 

- Source and procure supplies at the best price while maintaining quality standards. 

- Build and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers. 

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors. 

- Monitor procurement budgets and control costs. 

Vendor Management:

- Evaluate and onboard new vendors as per company standards. 

- Conduct regular reviews to assess vendor performance. 

- Ensure timely payments and maintain good supplier relationships. 

- Troubleshoot any supply chain issues that may arise. 

New Property Setup:

- Perform initial inventory checks at newly onboarded homestay/resort properties. 

- Identify missing or required materials and procure them before the property becomes operational. 

- Coordinate deliveries and ensure all essential items are in place before launch.

Reporting & Compliance:

- Maintain detailed records of all inventory movements and purchases. 

- Generate reports on stock levels, procurement trends, and costs. 

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and inventory control procedures. 


Qualifications & Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or a similar role in hospitality. 

- Strong organizational and analytical skills. 

- Proficiency in using inventory management software or Excel/Google Sheets. 

- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors. 

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask. 

- Good communication skills in English and Kannada (preferred). 

- Willingness to travel across properties within Coorg.
