Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee warehouse inventory, stock movement, documentation and dispatch accuracy. This role ensures operational efficiency and supports smooth order fulfillment across marketplaces and our website.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Manage daily inventory levels across warehouse
• Maintain accurate stock reporting and documentation
• Monitor low-stock items and plan reorders
• Coordinate inbound & outbound shipments
• Ensure products are stored, labelled and tracked properly

Warehouse Coordination

• Organize racks, bins and product categories
• Check stock physical vs system quantity regularly
• Conduct weekly and monthly audits
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards

Order Fulfilment

• Support packing team with stock allocation
• Ensure correct product dispatch
• Coordinate with marketplaces team for order requirements

Supplier & Purchase Coordination

• Communicate with suppliers for stock updates
• Follow up on procurement timelines
• Maintain GRN, purchase records and vendor details

Skills & Requirements

• 12 years experience in inventory / warehouse management
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with any inventory software
• Ability to work independently
• Integrity and attention to detail
