Role Overview:


This role is perfect for someone who has hands-on experience growing social media pages for brands and loves thinking creatively. You’ll lead content strategy, manage posting schedules, analyze performance, and occasionally represent the brand on camera for reels or short-form videos.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media strategies for organic growth: increasing followers, boosting engagement, elevating brand awareness (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create and appear in on-camera content (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes videos, etc.)
  • Manage daily content creation, curation, and posting across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Maintain and manage a content calendar: schedule posts, plan themes, campaigns, stories, and cross-platform coordination.
  • Ability to write content for social media (copywriting for social, visual storytelling, understanding of what works on different platforms)
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and growth
  • Collaborate with the design teams for campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Engage with the community and respond to comments and messages in brand tone
  • Team leading abilities as the role might be offered to lead a small team of interns


Requirements:


  • 1.5–2 years of experience managing and growing a brand’s social media presence
  • Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
  • Proven track record in increasing followers and engagement organically
  • Strong understanding of trends, analytics, and platform algorithms
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Premiere Rush, or other mobile/video apps or similar scheduling/analytics platforms
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus
