Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, skilled in content creation, and experienced in managing social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging and high-quality content including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and stories.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Respond to comments, queries, and messages to maintain community engagement.
• Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (preferred).
• Research competitors, industry trends, and algorithm updates for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with influencers/brand ambassadors if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive / Social Media Manager.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and digital marketing concepts.
• Hands-on experience in Canva / Photoshop / video editing tools (preferred).
• Experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Salary: As per industry standards (based on skills and experience).

Working Days: Monday to Friday
