We're Hiring: Social Media Manager
- Develop and execute platform-specific organic content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube & Twitter for
Mealawe
, Navmool
, and DeskDyne
- Build monthly content calendars that reflect campaigns, offers, seasonal moments, user stories, and brand building
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and design guidelines are consistently followed across platforms
Content Collaboration & Publishing
- Collaborate with internal design/video teams to create reels, carousels, static posts, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, UGC-style content, and more
- Schedule and post content regularly using tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Suite
- Repurpose content for maximum reach across platforms (e.g., Reels Shorts Stories)
Organic Metrics & Insights
- Track key post metrics such as reach, engagement rate, video views, saves, shares, and comments
- Analyze performance of content buckets (e.g. Reels vs Carousels vs UGC) and identify improvement areas
- Present monthly performance reports with insights and action points
- Share creative performance feedback to design/video team based on post results
Community & Engagement
- Respond to DMs, tags, and comments to build a loyal and engaged audience
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, or happy customers for reposts, collaborations, and testimonials
- Monitor trends, reels formats, platform algorithm changes, and jump on moment marketing opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the
in-house performance marketing team
for campaign creatives and timeline alignment (No ad setup required) - Work closely with brand heads and founders for product launches, PR stories, and digital brand messaging
Requirements
- 2-7 years of experience managing social media for B2C/D2C/startup brands
- Proven ability to scale or build a brands social presence organically
- Excellent understanding of
Instagram Reels, Stories, Carousels, LinkedIn strategy, and YouTube Shorts
- Strong command of copywriting, storytelling, and visual thinking
- Familiar with social media management tools (Meta Suite, Canva, Buffer, Later, etc.)
- Experience managing multiple brands is a plus
