We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to handle our online presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who understands branding, loves storytelling, and can create engaging content that reflects the spirit of early childhood learning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
Plan, create, and post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
Shoot and edit photos/videos during school activities and events
Create visually appealing posts, reels, and stories
Manage the monthly content calendar
Monitor analytics and track performance of posts
Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries promptly
Collaborate with the management and teaching team for regular updates
Stay updated with trends, reels, and best practices in social media marketing

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Instagram & Facebook trends
Basic photography and videography skills
Ability to edit photos and videos (CapCut, Canva, InShot or similar tools)
Creative writing skills for captions, announcements, and campaigns
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
Experience working with a preschool, school, or kids’ brand (added advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,300.53 - ₹40,000.00 per month
