Key ResponsibilitiesInventory

Planning & Management

• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory across raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products.
• Develop and manage reorder levels, safety stock, and minimum order quantities for all SKUs.
• Track inventory movement daily — receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and wastage.
• Reconcile physical vs. system inventory weekly and monthly; ensure 100% stock accuracy.
• Work closely with the production and procurement teams to plan stock availability.

Demand Forecasting & Procurement Coordination

• Collaborate with the production planner and sales team to forecast demand and production requirements.
• Translate forecasts into material procurement plans to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Provide the procurement team with accurate consumption and replenishment data.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend actions.

Process Control & Optimization

• Establish SOPs for receiving, storage, and dispatch to maintain accuracy and hygiene standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficient picking, FIFO, and temperature control (for fresh food).
• Ensure all inventory movements are recorded in the ERP / inventory system (Zoho, Tally, or Shopify backend).
• Implement batch tracking and expiry management systems for perishable goods.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, wastage %, and consumption trends.
• Monitor inventory KPIs — inventory turnover, holding cost, and accuracy rate.
• Highlight variances or potential bottlenecks proactively to management.
• Support internal audits and ensure data integrity across systems.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food handling, and storage regulations.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all storage areas.
• Manage expiry and disposal processes responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
