Senior Accountant

hi, looking for a senior accountant for Gurgaon for a manufacturing company. Only looking for males

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Review and analyze accounting entries for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).

2. Compliance & Audits

• Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for smooth audit processes and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit readiness.

3. Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts; monitor actuals vs. budget and highlight variances.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for management, including cost analysis, expense tracking, and financial KPIs.
• Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

4. Process & Controls

• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements in accounting and reporting systems.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial processes.

5. Team Collaboration

• Supervise and guide junior accountants and finance executives.
• Liaise with banks, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teams (HR, operations, legal) for financial matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
