Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Photograph rooms, common areas, amenities, food & beverage, staff interactions, and guest experiences.
• Create visually compelling imagery for websites, OTA listings (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), brochures, and social media.
• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and design teams to plan and execute photo shoots aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain an organized portfolio of edited images and deliver all content within deadlines.
• Direct basic styling, lighting, and set arrangements to enhance the aesthetic of the scene.
• Edit and retouch photos to meet professional standards and brand guidelines.
• Visit multiple locations/homestays to capture seasonal and updated content.

• Operate drones to capture high-quality aerial imagery

  that highlights property landscapes, architecture, and surrounding environments, enhancing visual storytelling across digital platforms.

• Perform advanced post-editing using tools like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

  , ensuring every image meets professional standards with optimized lighting, color balance, and brand consistency

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in photography or content creation
• Background in hospitality, travel, F&B, interior design,  sectors preferred
• Experience in creating visual content for social media, websites, or online listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with photo editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, Snapseed, Canva) and basic video editing apps
• Should have experience shooting videos using drones would be the best.

Preferred Skills:

• Creative Photography & Visual Storytelling 
• Basic Editing & Content Creation
• Experience in using drones
