Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Voice Support representative in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
Respond to customer complaints and concerns professionally and courteously.
Provide product or service information to customers via phone.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide excellent support.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities is essential.
