  • Manage international B2B telecom sales across multiple countries
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions & deal closures
  • Build relationships with enterprise clients, carriers & global partners
  • Drive sales strategies for telecom network services:
  • IP Transit, MPLS, SD-WAN, Routing, Switching, Cloud Connectivity

  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and telecom ecosystem developments
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates & performance reports
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize sales lifecycle


Mandatory Skills (Revised)

Customer Support Experience

  • 1 year of hands-on customer support experience
  • Strong ability to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service
  • Exposure to global customers and voice-based support environments

International Voice & Communication Expertise

  • 1 year of experience in international voice processes
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across regions
  • Comfortable working with diverse cultures and time zones

B2B Sales Knowledge

  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles, client handling, and lead qualification
  • Ability to support enterprise customers and communicate business value propositions
  • Familiarity with negotiation basics and coordinating with business stakeholders

Telecom Domain Awareness

  • Basic understanding of telecom services, global connectivity, and voice networks
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to telecom solutions such as routing, switching, SD-WAN, and NMS

Technical & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them for business discussions
  • Experience collaborating with support, sales, and technical teams to deliver customer-focused outcomes
