Position: Customer Support Associate (International Voice Process) Roles & Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through phone, email, or chat with accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to quality standards. Identify customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system. Collaborate with the internal team to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience.
