Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls from international customers and clients.

Issue Resolution:
Address customer queries, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely and effective solutions for products or services.

Customer Satisfaction:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing quality support and representing the company positively.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details in the system.

Escalation:
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams.

Adherence to Standards:
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards, and meet personal and team targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication:
Excellent verbal communication skills, especially in English and potentially other international languages.

Customer Service:
A strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize with customers and provide appropriate solutions.

Problem-Solving:
Good problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues effectively.

Adaptability:
The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.

Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use CRM tools and other relevant software.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
