Job Title : HR Recruiter Experience : 1-3 years in recruitment Employment Type : Full-time Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Talent Sourcing : Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring to attract potential candidates. Screening & Shortlisting : Conduct initial screening, assess communication skills, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Interview Coordination : Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide timely updates. Offer & Negotiation : Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding. Database Management : Maintain and update recruitment databases, track hiring metrics, and generate reports. Key Requirements Experience : 1-3 years in recruitment Knowledge of Recruitment Tools : Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), ATS systems, and social media hiring strategies. Strong Communication Skills : Ability to assess candidate communication for customer-facing roles. High-Volume Hiring Experience : Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet tight deadlines. Stakeholder Management : Experience working with business leaders and hiring managers. Adaptability & Proactiveness : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to dynamic hiring needs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience working with a recruitment agency or in-house talent acquisition for sales/BPO hiring.
