Team Leadership and Management:

Lead and manage a team of technical specialists, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
Set clear goals and expectations for the team, and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their tasks effectively. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

Technical Expertise and Support:

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team and stakeholders on complex technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, engineers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and provide technical insights. Resolve escalated technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to the team's expertise.

Project Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Plan and allocate resources, including technical specialists, to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any technical concerns or issues.

Quality Assurance and Best Practices:

Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and industry regulations in all technical deliverables.
Develop and implement processes, procedures, and standards to improve efficiency and consistency. Conduct quality reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to the team. Promote continuous learning and professional development within the team to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
