Role Purpose
Responsible for decisioning of Credit Line Change/Addon Request/Company Categorization request.
Role Accountability
  1. Decision the requests for Credit limit increase/ decrease
  2. Decision the request and underwriting of standalone addon applications
  3. Handle Company categorization Requests
  4. Ensure daily productivity metrics for customer complaint resolution within TAT & accuracy as per targets defined
  5. Analyze and report repeat complaints and liaise with teams for resolution
  6. Maintain process dashboards for business reporting purposes
  7. Follow-up with other departments for effective issue resolution & stakeholder management
  8. Identify ways of improving current processes to enhance customer experience
  9. Report process metrics to the business and internal stakeholders
  10. Manage critical processing of critical queries and complaints on mainframe softwares
  11. Resolve critical CCRP complaints and reporting data to stakeholders
  12. Perform process documentation and compliance adherence
Measures of Success
  1. Customer Complaints Resolution (Accuracy & TAT)
  2. Accuracy %
  3. FTE/NFTE productivity
  4. No adverse observations in internal/external audits
  5. Voice of Customer
  6. Process adherence as per MOU
