We are looking for seasoned, passionate and self-motivated professionals for various positions: Position : International Sales & Manager Reporting to : Sales & Marketing – Head Experience : 5 to 10 Years Qualification : BE Mechanical / Chemical / DME (with relevant experience), M.B.A in Marketing Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards Domain: EPC / Supply orders for Energy Saving Systems, Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems, Waste Heat Based Power Plant etc. Roles & Responsibilities: • Sales &Marketing of Capital Equipment, Turnkey & EPC packages. • Front-ending the complete sales, marketing and business development with potential customers. • Achieving sales targets and other functional goals. • Gathering market intelligence for products and competition. • Registration with intermediaries - OEM’s, process licensees and EPC contractors and set up sales pipeline. • Technical study of the customer’s application & feedback, proposing optimum solutions • Coordinate for offer preparation, review offers, submission and follow up with the customers till order closure • Support execution team as required post handing over. • Maintain database, MIS . Experience, Knowledge & Skills: • Exposure and hand on experience in managing sales & marketing in multiple overseas markets in all the above mentioned products with clear Individual responsibility of Order Booking. • Ability to deal with senior decision makers, building long term relationship with customers • Capability to strike relationships, build strong network and develop sales pipelines. • Clear vision on profitability, commercial acumen and Business Analysis skills. • Strong Communication skills - Verbal, Written and presentation. • Willing to travel, mature and clear in strategic thinking process and implementation Show more Show less
