Role & Responsibilities:

The Lead Engineer is a senior technical leadership position responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of boiler systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, Indian & international regulations, and company policies.

·        Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technicians.

·        Conduct feasibility studies, conceptual design, and detailed engineering.

·        Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IBR, ASME, API, EN).

·        Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

·        Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., manufacturing, procurement) and external partners (e.g., contractors, suppliers).

·        Develop and maintain boiler design standards and guidelines.

·        Ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

·        Communicate technical information to stakeholders (e.g., customers, sales teams).

·        Develop technical documentation (e.g., manuals, datasheets).

·        Mentor and develop junior engineers
