Job Description

An International Sales Executive on a night shift works during non-traditional hours to engage with clients in different time zones, primarily focusing on lead generation, client communication, and closing sales through virtual channels like phone and email. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, providing excellent service, and documenting interactions in a CRM. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, along with the ability to work independently and adapt to the specific demands of a night shift and global markets.  Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails with international clients, often during their business hours.  Lead Generation & Sales: Prospecting, identifying, and converting new leads into sales opportunities.  Account Management: Nurturing existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and identify opportunities for upselling.  Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding established sales targets and performance metrics.  Sales Support: Presenting products or services, negotiating prices, and closing deals.  CRM & Reporting: Documenting all client interactions and sales activities in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and providing regular sales reports.  Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with internal teams (e.g., marketing, onboarding) to ensure seamless service and support for clients.  Required Skills & Qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for engaging with international clients.  Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability in sales techniques, negotiation, lead generation, and objection handling.  Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a night shift environment and work independently.  Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships.  Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.  Goal-Oriented: A driven mindset focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.  Typical Night Shift Dynamics Time Zones: The primary challenge is aligning with clients in different time zones, which typically means working late nights or very early mornings from the employee's perspective.  Market Focus: Often focused on specific international markets, such as the US or UK, requiring an understanding of their specific needs and market dynamics.  Remote or Office-Based: This role can be performed remotely or in a dedicated work-from-office environment.
