International Sales Executive

As an Individual Contributor in Inside Sales at Bangalore (Mahadevapura) during the US Shift (10PM-7AM), your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue and drive Edureka's growth by developing and maintaining customer relationships. Your role will involve positioning Edureka's products in the market, handling inbound and outbound customer calls, and converting them into sales. Additionally, you will be required to maintain, build, and update calling/mailing databases, research on tools to enhance sales and business opportunities, and demonstrate initiatives to refine and strengthen existing products. Regular follow-ups with both new and existing customers will also be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Generate revenue and contribute to Edureka's growth - Develop and maintain customer relationships - Position Edureka's products in the market - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls - Convert customer calls into sales - Maintain, build, and update calling/mailing databases - Research on tools to increase sales and business opportunities - Demonstrate initiatives to refine and strengthen existing products - Regular follow-up with new and existing customers Qualifications Required: - Any graduation with technical knowledge - 0.6 months-5 years of experience in Inside sales/tele sales in a B2C environment - Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to meet targets - Consistent track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in the Education industry - Experience in selling software products/services in the past is preferred - Demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence, and attention to detail In terms of compensation and benefits, you can expect an Annual Compensation Package up to 7 LPA with performance-based incentives.
