Role: Customer Support Coordinator Role Definition Customer Support Coordinator is one who is responsible for handling inhouse equipment’s, operations, customer coordination as well as documentation. Responsibility Deliverable 1. Installation & Commissioning 2. Reporting 3. Coordination Tasks & Activities Installation & Commissioning · Provide on-site installation & commissioning of instruments & A.M.C. visit. · Perform In house & onsite trouble shooting, service & repairs within the scheduled timeline. · Perform instruments Calibration as per respective standard procedure within scheduled timeline. · Perform inspection of material, accessories, spares and equipment on receipt Reporting · Submit respective reports within the scheduled timeline to Team Leader · Co-ordinate with the internal work teams such as Accounts, Admin etc., · Maintain documentation as required. Database Management · Maintaining inward outward of the equipment coming for calibration/repair. Reporting · Submit respective reports within the scheduled timeline to Team Leader · Assist in WRM/MRM/QRM and yearly reports and presentations. Internal & External Coordination · Co-ordinate with the Manufacturing team for repair of Manufacturing items, maintain relevant records, etc. · Co-ordinate with Operations and reception for Material receipt and dispatch, etc. · Co-ordinate with Stores for material, maintain customer support stores. · Co-ordinate with OEMs for query solutions and spares. Services Management · Send calibration, service, AMC reminders to customers. · Plan AMC, I&C, Service schedule and get it executed from customer support engineers. Role Definition Manufacturing Technician is one who is responsible for timely manufacturing & QC of the products file. Qualification: I.T. I Electrical / Electronic Experience : 1-2yrs Tasks & Activities Raw Material Quality Check (QC): Inspect incoming raw materials and components for quality components (Mechanical, electrical and electronic) as per QAP Submit QC form to supervisor. Assembly of Accessories and Equipment Responsible for assembling products as per the provided technical drawings and assemble procedure Ensure proper and accurate assembly with attention to detail and quality standards. Finished products Quality Check (QC) Perform first-level quality checks after completing assembly and verify proper functionality of product. Identify and correct any assembly errors before the product moves to final QC. Technical Knowledge & Skills: Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, circuit schematics, and mechanical drawings. Perform basic to intermediate electrical tasks including wiring, soldering, and de-soldering of components. Understand basic circuit diagrams and apply knowledge during assembly, troubleshooting, and rework activities. Practical skills in soldering, wiring, and use of basic testing tools (multimeter, power supply etc.). Proficiency with Power Tools.
