**Job Description:** As a Channel Sales Executive/Manager in the Chemicals industry, your role involves maintaining an aggressive approach in lead generation, making sales, developing strong relationships with customers, enhancing competence, developing new Stockists, nurturing existing channels, and ultimately achieving the set sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Sales: - Achieving the Sales Target - Collection on or before agreed terms - Lead Generation (existing customers, cold calling, etc.) - Building Stockists PAN India - Reporting to Management - Channel Development: - Demonstrations - Approvals - Lead generation - Tasks & Activities: - Application Support: - Support Customers on Application/how to use the products effectively - Making Application-based videos/sheets and sharing them with customers regularly - Stockists Development: - Building new Stockists - Nurturing existing channel partners/Stockists - Coordination: - Coordinate with other teams whenever required **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in channel sales in the Chemicals industry - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities **Additional Details:** This role offers a Full-time, Permanent job type with benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, paid sick time, provident fund, and work from home option.
