Role Overview

International Business Development Manager

driving export growth, forging new partnerships, and shaping the company’s international strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global business development strategies to expand market share and revenue across key international regions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with

  architects, distributors, dealers, importers, and project consultants

• Identify and penetrate new markets, channels, and product categories aligned with Stone Age’s strengths.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing, and business proposals with international partners.
• Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and design teams to ensure timely and compliant project execution.
• Monitor global trends in natural stone and architecture.
• Represent the company at

  international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business missions

• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance analysis, and strategic reports to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience

  in

  international sales

• Proven track record of achieving export growth and managing high-value global accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and represent the brand globally.
• Proficiency in English; additional foreign language skills will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally as business requires.
