Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit:

Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls, processes, and compliance with policies.
Identify risks and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls.
Prepare audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in the implementation of audit recommendations and process improvements.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to provide insights.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Monitor variances between actual and budgeted financial performance, providing explanations and recommendations.
Support cost-control initiatives and financial efficiency improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in internal audit, financial planning, or related roles.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, risk assessment, and internal controls.
Tools & Software:
Expertise in MS Excel, financial software (Tally), and audit tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
