Position

About the Role

The Internal Auditor will conduct independent audits across the entirety of the Global Student Recruitment function including sales and commercial operations, marketing, and marketing technology to provide independent and objective assurance against compliance and best practice across the operational spectrum.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role is pivotal in identifying systemic risks, evaluating governance processes, and offering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk-based audit roster to provide independent insights to senior leadership on effectiveness and risk exposure across the different functions in Global Student Recruitment (marketing, sales, operations, and technology solutions)
• Evaluate internal processes and controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance across all functions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic enhancements, not limited to operational fixes. Track implementation of corrective actions and follow up on outstanding issues.
• ·Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings to drive actionable changes.
• ·Maintain objectivity and confidentiality in all audit activities.
• ·Conduct training and awareness programs on compliance and risk management for colleagues.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of controls, compliance frameworks, and audit methodologies.
• Good analytical and communications skills including providing concise assessments and reports.

Preferred

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CA, CISA, or MBA.

Experience working in multi-stakeholder or multi-location environments.
