๐ŸŽฏ Role Description

As an Operations Intern (Insurance Credentialing), you will support the credentialing team in processing provider applications, verifying documents, and following up with insurance companies to ensure timely enrollment. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in healthcare administration and insurance credentialing and US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.

๐Ÿ” Key Responsibilities

โœ” Assist in preparing and submitting provider credentialing applications.

โœ” Follow up with insurance companies regarding provider enrollment status.

โœ” Maintain and update credentialing files and databases.

โœ” Support in managing provider CAQH, PECOS (Medicare), and Medicaid enrollments.

โœ” Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

โœ” Conduct market research to identify healthcare practices and potential clients.

โœ” Assist in lead generation through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).

โœ” Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.

โœ” Support in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

โœ” Maintain CRM records and track outreach efforts.

โœ” Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts.
