Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for passionate and motivated freshers to join our team as Recruitment Interns. You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, and learn the fundamentals of hiring in a fast-paced business environment.

Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
Support employer branding initiatives and job fair activities
Assist in sourcing candidates through various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Preferred candidate profile

B. Com / MBA graduate (20222024 pass-out)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts
Must own a personal laptop
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Willing learn and Self-starter
Fresh graduates (male and Female candidates)
Eager to start a career in HR or recruitment
Available to join immediately or within short notice
