Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (IT & NON IT). Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/hiring managers. Proficiency in contract-to-hire or C2H staffing models preferred but not mandatory.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of insurance products (health, life, banking) to provide expert advice to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and improve brand visibility. Identify customer needs through effective communication and relationship-building skills. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field (insurance sales, health insurance sales). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably finance or marketing specialization). Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
