Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of insurance products (health, life, banking) to provide expert advice to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and improve brand visibility. Identify customer needs through effective communication and relationship-building skills. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field (insurance sales, health insurance sales). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably finance or marketing specialization). Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
