Direct Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Promote and onboard patients to the Application

Educate patients on spending via QR codes and the app in lab, pharmacy, and OPD

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and departments

Maintain and follow up on patient databases regularly

Act as a key point of contact between the hospital and Affordplan

Ensure seamless communication and support for patients throughout their healthcare journey

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Minimum 1 to 7 years of experience in any sales domain (e.g., direct sales, retail sales, B2B, B2C, field sales, telesales, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle promotional sales activities and support product marketing campaigns

Drive product sales through direct customer engagement and retail channel support

Identify potential customers and generate leads

Execute the full sales process from prospecting and pitching to closing and post-sale support
