Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters:
We are looking for a Legal Intern to work closely with our in-house Legal Team and cross-functional partners such as Pre-Sales, Sales, Finance, HR, and Admin. The internship provides practical exposure to contracting, legal operations, documentation, and CLM platforms in a dynamic SaaS environment.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Ensure Quality Legal Documentation: Perform final checks on NDAs, RFx documents, vendor/customer agreements, and other legal documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Support Contract Review & Redlining: Assist with reviewing and redlining commercial, vendor, procurement, and sponsorship contracts, highlighting risks and deviations for Legal.
- Maintain Organized Contract Records: Update repositories, manage version control, and maintain trackers to support quick retrieval, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Streamline Intake Management: Review incoming requests, verify metadata, and allocate them as per defined workflows within the Legal Team.
- Manage Signature Execution: Support signature processes by identifying stakeholders and maintaining trackers to ensure timely execution.
- Drive CLM System Adoption: Upload contracts, verify metadata, track lifecycle stages, and assist with workflow testing and improvements in Sirion’s CLM tool.
- Enhance Legal Templates & SOPs: Assist in updating and proofreading legal templates, SOPs, and internal documents.
Skills & Experience You Bring To The Table
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English with clear stakeholder interaction.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong attention to detail, good planning, and structured work habits.
- Independent & Collaborative: Able to work autonomously, contribute to teams, and learn quickly.
- Adaptable in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable handling multiple priorities in tech-driven settings.
- High Professional Integrity: Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information responsibly.
- Preferred Legal Exposure: Prior experience with contracts, compliance, legal processes, or CLM tools.
- Eligibility Requirements: 5th-year law students or recent graduates from top-tier law schools.
- Internship Details: Minimum 6 months (extendable) with a stipend provided.
