Intern - Founder's Office

About Us

As a Founder's Office Intern, you’ll be at the heart of decision-making, gaining exposure to multiple verticals — including brand strategy, product development, operations, marketing, and investor communications. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, curious, and thrives in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Founder and leadership in day-to-day business operations and high-impact projects.
• Conduct research and market analysis across categories, competitors, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Help in drafting investor pitches, presentations, and internal reports.
• Support in project management for new product development, influencer collaborations, or brand campaigns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product, Sales, etc.) to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, and action trackers.
• Support with analytics — tracking campaign performance, sales trends, and marketing KPIs.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate/postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Highly analytical, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides. Knowledge of Canva/Figma is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, unstructured, and fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and D2C brands.
