Carry out market and industry research, and iterate on product-value propositions with live customers to arrive at product-market fit. Support the founder's office team to build and establish powerful business and data partnerships that can drive the growth of our products. Bring together our existing product offerings and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company. Research, model, evaluate, and plan go-to-market strategies Work closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and engineering) to optimize and execute strategic partnerships. About the Role We’re hiring a Demand Generation Marketing Lead to build and scale predictable lead pipelines for our SaaS compliance solutions. You’ll own growth-focused campaigns, optimize for ROI, and work closely with Sales to drive qualified opportunities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel demand gen strategy (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, webinars, events). Own paid acquisition campaigns with strict CAC/LTV optimization. Drive MQL → SQL conversion through structured nurture workflows. Build and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise/SMB segments. Partner with Sales to align on pipeline coverage, lead scoring, and follow-up strategy. Set up reporting dashboards and continuously optimize campaigns against KPIs (CAC, pipeline velocity, cost per lead). Experiment with growth loops and scalable acquisition channels. Requirements 2–5 years of demand generation in B2B SaaS . Proven track record of delivering pipeline growth and exceeding lead targets. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and email automation tools . Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and marketing analytics . Experience with HubSpot/Marketo/CRM systems . Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced startup. Nice to Have Exposure to international SaaS markets (EU/US/APAC) . Experience running ABM and outbound campaigns . Prior startup experience where you built demand gen from scratch.
