The Opportunity: Corporate Internship Program 2025

Are you a final-year student ready to translate your academic knowledge into tangible, real-world experience? Adi Group invites ambitious and talented students to join our comprehensive Corporate Internship Program at our head office in Kochi.

This program is specifically designed for students who are required to complete an internship as a mandatory part of their academic curriculum. It is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and understand the intricate workings of a large-scale, multinational organization.

What You Will Do

As an intern, you will be immersed in our corporate culture and have the unique opportunity to work in departments directly related to your field of study.

For BBA & MBA Students (Business & Management Streams):

You will rotate through our core business functions to gain a holistic understanding of our operations. Responsibilities include:

• Human Resources (HR):

  Assist with the recruitment lifecycle, support employee onboarding, and contribute to engagement initiatives.

• Business & Administration:

  Support market research, assist in preparing business proposals, and learn about operational management and logistics.

• Corporate Accounts:

  Assist the finance team with data entry and reconciliation, gain experience with accounting software, and learn about corporate financial reporting.

For B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, and MCA Students (Technology & R&D Stream):

Become an integral part of our innovative Research & Development (R&D) department and contribute to real-world projects with a global impact.

• Live Project Participation:

  Work directly on active software development projects for our international clients as well as critical in-house applications.

• Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Exposure:

  Gain invaluable experience by participating in various project phases, from requirement gathering and design to coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Collaborative Development:

  Assist our senior developers in writing clean, efficient code, debugging complex issues, and conducting software testing and quality assurance.

• Innovation & Problem-Solving:

  Contribute your ideas to our R&D efforts and help solve real-world technical challenges.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking proactive, curious, and dedicated individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Eligibility:

  Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in

  BBA, MBA, B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA,

  or a related discipline.

• Requirement:

  Must be undertaking this internship as a mandatory component of your academic curriculum. A letter from your institution will be required.

• Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong desire to learn, adapt, and contribute in a professional setting.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite for business roles; foundational knowledge of programming languages for tech roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
